All our graduates are competent international cooks who can immediately work in a commercial kitchen and be useful. Trainees spend up to 4 hours per day in individual hands-on practical training in the teaching kitchens.

Our triple award professional chef course is designed to provide our graduates with the capability for top earning and international skills migration: 1. Australian Professional Chef Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery – Western (Australian Qualification Framework) awarded by Culinary Solutions Australia. 2. Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Supervision) awarded by City & Guilds Institute of UK 3. World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) Professional Chef and Chef de Partie certificates (international kitchen passport) which is international industry recognition of competence and attainment.

We guarantee job offers from international hotels, F & B groups and/or luxury cruise lines, who appreciate the quality of training shown by our graduates. Our 24 months World Chef Culinary Advanced Diploma graduates are eligible for international visas as professional chefs (diplomas obtained in less than 24 months may not be accepted). In Singapore, a holder of a diploma that was obrained over 2 years qualifies for a professional employment pass and can expect a salary of not less than SGD2,400 per month. Singapore, along with many other countries is restricting employment of unqualified staff, regardless of experience.

Our graduates are not just competent cooks who can follow a recipe. They are trained as chefs to use their imagination and creativity to compose new dishes and to present them attractively and they are equipped with the skills to rise in the kitchen hierarchy.

We allow the needy to spread fees monthly over the course duration which enable trainees from underprivileged families to get the training and qualifications they need and enter the industry with good prospects and appropriate skills. We have also been allocated some PTPK (Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran) student loans for B40 families and we have been awarded a training contract for MITRA (Malaysian Indian Transformation Unit).

Small class sizes with 15 students maximum per class.

Our programmes run for 3 days per week, and we encourage trainees to work part-time to obtain work experience and to cultivate good job discipline such as punctuality. We help our trainees to look for part-time jobs in well-established F & B outlet.

We have regular Master Chef demonstrations where a national or regional master chef from all around the world conducts a 2 or 3 days workshop demonstrating particular cuisine dishes and then supervising the students in the preparation of those dishes for invited guests.

We have state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and our senior lecturers have wide industry experience.

“Improving Lives Through Learning” and by providing a solid foundation in culinary skills to privileged as well as underprivileged Malaysian youths to support their career and personal growth and to offer the same programme for foreigners in the region.
